Every print is signed by hand before it ships. Photos offered as a limited edition are also numbered against their stated edition size — you'll see "Edition of N" on that photo's page. Everything else is an open edition, so the signature is the only mark you'll find on those.

Because every print is made to order for you, we can't offer a no-questions-asked full refund. Let us know within two weeks of delivery if you'd like to return a piece, and we'll refund the price of the print — less return shipping and a 25% restocking fee — once it's back with us in resalable condition. Requests made after two weeks are issued as store credit toward a future order instead of a refund.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery through the contact page, and hold onto the original packaging in case we need it. We'll get a replacement produced and on its way to you at no charge.
